There are two main garage door companies in or near Duncan and when a car rolled into mine recently, I called the one with the biggest ad first. They came out very quickly and seemed very knowledgeable. I needed the door removed and replaced ASAP as I am partially handicapped and they said it could be done, but for $350 and they needed prepayment first. As this would have to come out of my pocket initially and then wait who knows how long for reimbursement, I wanted a 2nd opinion so called the 2nd largest ad - Accent. They too came out right away but said they would open and remove the damaged door right away and not charge me for it. They also said they would camouflage the door-less garage with some plastic sheet- ing, making it so I could drive in and out until the door was replaced. Needless to say I chose Accent and boy, I’m glad I did. The next morning I went to their shop. Roy gave me three options that I could submit to the insurance company. As safety was an issue - I lived alone and being partially handicapped - Roy offered to do an installation the next day if I could choose something that was in stock. No prepayment necessary. I chose the middle price option as there was a door in stock. Later that day Roy called to say, the door they had in stock wasn’t actually as listed but they would add 4 windows at no charge (usually $200 per), to make it work. Bottom line - I agreed, they came out the next day and did the installation in record time. Big plusses: - they hauled away the old one and installed the new one without any payment. - they had to wait almost 3 months for payment as it took that long for the insurance company to pay. - they didn’t call me once asking for payment. So, best prices, excellent job, excellent quality and excellent service . What more could you want? I HIGHLY recommend them when you need a garage door. I didn't get to meet the installers but sales guy, Doug is a gem. He we thorough and fair with his quote and the doors are exactly what I wanted. Doug even came out on his way to work after I buggered up the entry pad trying to program an old vehicle to open the doors. Somehow I managed to program things so that when one door opened, the other door closed. He stopped in on his way to work and in about 5 minutes he had it all working smoothly. That's great customer service.

Our old Stanley garage door opener finally packed it in. Called Dawn and asked for a quote and she emailed within a half hour. Called her to schedule appointment and Greg arrived at 8 o'clock the next morning. 2 hours later, job done and finished. Very professional and prompt plus the price was very fair. Phil was our salesperson 3 years ago, the service was great, installation was quick and we are happy with the product! Fast forward, one of our springs broke, I emailed Phil, he connected me with the office and they were able to get a technician out right away! We put a lot of stress on the springs, so the breakage was normal wear and tear. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and he fixed it up and cleaned it so it’s working as good as new! Outstanding service! Doug's communication & Austin's install were the easiest & most efficient part of the build. Super professional and incredible communication - 10/10. The door was just installed today so it's hard to give review of the product itself, but the install is pro and I couldn't be happier with how it looks and function considering I bought if from a photo online. Also, I'm located in Tofino... most services and trades balk at the long travel back and first, however these guys were ready to go ASAP. Thanks guys!
